Newpark Village

Nestled in between the East Bay and South Bay regions of San Francisco, the Fremont/Newark area has quickly emerged as a popular place for residents in the tech industry. Everything from groceries and entertainment to medical facilities can be found within Fremont’s Central District. The Raley’s on Paseo Padre Parkway and Walnut Avenue offers incredible organic produce, as well as a full-service deli and an amazing beer and wine selection. Once the shopping and errands are complete, head back to Gateway Plaza and catch the latest feature films at Cine’ Lounge, or keep your hair looking its best with a visit to The Artistry Salon.

One of the biggest reasons why this area has become a popular place for residents in the tech industry is the easy access to highways and public transit. Fremont & Newark BART makes it easy to commute to and from Silicon Valley (approximately 90 minutes each way). If you own a car, the commute is cut down to less than half an hour thanks to Interstate 880 and the Dumbarton Bridge.
